Rinasco is the innovative polypropylene that not only offers optimal resilience, but is also very easy to process. In fact, it can be moulded in exactly the same way as a virgin polymer. Simply set up the machine according to the usual standards, and the desired moulded part is immediately put into production.
Rinasco is available to customers as a material to be used for making all kinds of their own products. Rinasco is a totally environmentally sustainable polypropylene, produced exclusively by Brado. As functional and resilient as a new plastic, it is made from a mixture of recycled materials that includes approximately 50% regenerated polymers of post-industrial origin (1) and 50% recycled polymers of post-consumer origin (2), i.e. selected waste, such as packaging, textiles and toys. These collected materials are monitored and sent to specialist laboratories (3), where they are processed to meet the required quality parameters. The resulting polypropylene is then reinforced with glass fibre. The end result (4) is a polymer structurally identical to a virgin plastic of the same type (PP-FV), which can be used to make a very wide range of products (5) guaranteed by Brado’s experience and expertise.
