Ever since our foundation, we’ve been concerned about the environment, dealing with “sensitive” materials within an area that must naturally be “protected”, an area that has been patiently worked and cared for metre by metre over the course of centuries, and that has inspired a specific vision in which nature is at the centre of everything. This is why we have renovated a plant in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, preventing it from falling into disrepair. Our commitment is confirmed by the fact that our more than half of the components in our catalogue are already made from recycled materials – each of them with its own certification. This commitment is currently undergoing exponential development, with the aim of reaching total environmental sustainability in the near future.

This is why much of our time is now devoted to energy saving, waste disposal, water recycling, and the development of biodegradable packaging, as well as creating safety systems for employees and ensuring constant air exchange in production facilities. And it was precisely for this reason that Brado Plast, the “Technological Division with a green heart”, was made official in 2020. It aims to produce new, original and innovative polypropylene and nylon polymers in-house from recycled or regenerated materials, thereby combining ongoing product improvements with a truly environmentally sustainable production system. Giving new life to plastic, without having to produce new plastic.
