After the technical design phase and before going into production we have the crucial verification phase. Nothing can begin without this unyielding process taking place first.
Brado has a Test Area where extremely strict and prolonged prototype testing is carried out, able to accurately simulate the strength of the structure over time.
Hundreds of thousands of cycles – that place stress on seats, backrests, armrests and every other component – are performed in keeping with the specifications established by the most important international standardisation bodies. Only after these gruelling tests does a prototype get the green light to become a Brado product.
The chair as a product that maintains its performance over the years is an optimal purchase for the customer. It is an investment.
The chair naturally offers proper support for the various parts of human body and its many possible movements. Then there is another structural aspect that must be taken care of, namely the chair’s durability. A perfect systematic response – with unchanged performance over many years – is only guaranteed by high-quality products such as Brado chairs. In this aspect too, the combination of detailed technical studies and real manufacturing skill is what makes the difference.
